I am currently working as a Senior Counsellor at a social service agency, supporting clients across all ages and life stages. Over the past 15 years, I have served in diverse settings — including counselling, family services, and medical social work — where I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families through times of change, loss, and growth.

Over the past 15 years, I have served in diverse settings — including counselling, family services, and medical social work — where I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families through times of change, loss, and growth.
In my current role, I also supervise counsellors and counselling trainees from tertiary institutions such as James Cook University (JCU), ECTA, and Monash University, guiding them in their professional and personal development as future mental health practitioners. Coming from a social service and non-profit background, counselling has been both my passion and life direction. I strive to create a space of authenticity and trust, where clients can safely explore their inner experiences and reconnect with their sense of strength and possibility.
Beyond my professional life, I am a father and husband, roles that continually deepen my empathy and understanding of human relationships. I am endlessly curious about the stories that shape human resilience, and I often spend my time writing reflections on the patterns and phenomena I observe in daily life.
In addition, I currently serve as a Clinical Board Member with the Arizona Trauma Institute, where I contribute to the review and development of therapeutic approaches and processes for trauma-informed approaches. This role allows me to stay engaged with evolving practices in the field and to support the advancement of effective, evidence-informed care for individuals impacted by trauma.
